I have been a customer for a very long time, In the past when we changed our printer inkdepot replaced our ink, but this time it's refused so we are left with new ink not opened fully sealed as we received them, and you refuse to replace them. We are now thinking of using some other supplier, so we are not left with a loss, very disappointed.

I have been a customer of Ink Depot since 2020 so have made a number of orders of Cartridges (for Brother Printer). I am disappointed that Ink Depot refused to Price Match - with a legitimate competitor - an order for Brother Genuine Cartridges I wished to place on 18 Dec 2023. Even more so that my previous Order in April 2023 [Order # 314678] was an Agreed Price Match by Ink Depot. So, it is very strange that Ink Depot has contradicted its Price Matching policy. Absolutely awful! The product did not fit the printer despite claiming it did. They would not refund - What a waste of money! Do not buy, completely unreliable!
