Ordered 2 Compatible HP02 Light Cyan cartridges to replace my current cartridge ("Invalid cartridge installed") plus a spare. I received two Cyan cartridges by error. Notified Inkdepot of the error and they dispatch two Light Cyan cartridges immediately. The new Light Cyan cartridge cleared the error message and the printer is again operational. Very good customer service.

We regularly use Ink Depot for our Ink Toner supplies for both Company and Home use - good value and excellent delivery times. On our last order, our credit card was charged twice. Upon this reveal on the Credit Card statement, we were delightfully surprised when calling Ink Depot that the double charge had already been picked up and refunded to the card. Not many companies do this these days. Just another reason to use Ink Depot

Very prompt service

Everything good - just a pity about the courier service you use. No notification as to when it was arriving and apparently arrived on a Saturday when I was at home until 3pm. Item was then inconveniently taken to a newsagents some way from my home as opposed to local PO or newsagent.

I have used inkdepot several times before and as usual my last order arrived quickly and in good order. Easy to deal with and will keep on using inkdepot in the future
