Terrible experience after ordering a drum roll instead of ink and unable to send back despite several photos clearly showing the package was in tack and resealed. Very disappointing experience. A perfect drum cartridge is now useless to me and apparently ink depot too. More land fill. Thanks guys. You could have had a new customer with many future ink orders but you chose not to accept the return. Your customer service team tried to help but despite many photos and false hope, no deal with the warehouse. Hopefully you can be more flexible with other customer and learn from losing me.
Fantastic Service, speedy delivery. Easy ordering. Very happy with the Compatible Epson High yield inks. More affordable than the original and just as good for my use now. Would recommend.

Arrived promptly after ordering
For the first time ever I had to wait from Sunday to Friday to receive my order. Called and was promised an update. Order came and received no call back - order finally arrived. Very disappointing.
The product was good although we got no news that it was delivered so we waited for days thinking it didn't come and had to call and ask just to find it had been at the post office since the day before, later would recommend to give customers a call, sms or email to indicate it is to be picked up or that it has successfully arrived and to keep an eye out - we are a medical practice so no toner has an impact on our business & patients
