Courier said she attempted delivery and said we weren't at home, when in fact we were home all day. Maybe your courier needs to send a message /email as to the day of delivery, like most other couriers that I receive stuff from. However, having said that this is the first problem I have had with delivery. I suspect that the delivery lady this time was just impatient!

Wide range of products with options for original and generic inks. Deliveries were hassle free with items received within the time frame given. Only minor complaint was the offer of a 5% discount which had expired before the mentioned expiry date in the email.
