I am in north queensland and delivery was the next day.
Delivery of product not good. I cleared marked the PO and PO address to leave my goods and they were delivered to another PO a long way from my home.
Always deliver either next day or the day after and ALWAYS get the order right.
On one occasion I had some issues with a cartridge and called them. No questions asked - they just immediately sent me replacements at no charge and told me to just bin or recycle the others.
One of my favourite online suppliers.
