As far as dealing with Ink Depot, I would give 5 stars given communication, price and quality of product. However, the courier you use, StarTrack Courier, is absolutely terrible and they let you down for your service completely. As a business, we needed toners quite quickly which were dispatched asap. However, StarTrack had an issue with delivery and took the toners back to their depot. I called to ensure delivery was done the following day, which they didn't. Our Director called them and they actually lied and told him I agreed to pick it up!! (I have colleagues here who heard me on the phone re-organising for an urgent delivery). Absolutely appalling...we will not order from Ink Depot again if they use Star Track couriers for our order, unfortunately.

Wow this group is sooooooo quick at getting my order to me. I think I ordered in the morning and had my inks by the afternoon. I would like them to offer more discounts=that's my only 'complaint'. they are so reliable and fast though!!!
