I overcame my basic distrust of all on-line marketing and ordered an HP cartridge from this firm.....by phone, as I wanted to discuss the order in some detail. I did have some difficulty in understanding the telephone salesperson who was not a native English-speaker and as I am old and deaf and pedantic, but we made the deal and I paid by giving my credit card details. That was done at mid-day. Lo and behold, the cartridge was delivered at 9 a.m. next morning! Wonderful service! I won't go anywhere else from now on!
