Great customer service and quick delivery
I have used Ink Depot for a number of years and have had great reviews. This time was different. Usually the product is delivered either the next day or the one after. This time we received nothing. 5 days went by and I received a call asking when they could deliver. Another time was made, again nothing. We even stayed home. Another 4 days went by and we called to see what happened. The next day our order was delivered. Today (2 days later) our neighbour dropped in the card from Ink Depot which was left at his place advising of the missed devliery. Hmmm. What went wrong there?
