Easy ordering, excellent price and prompt delivery. Only reason I gave 4 stars, not 5 is the confusion about shipping. Website didn't mention parcel lockers, but said they could deliver to PO boxes, so I placed my order to be delivered to my parcel locker. Tracking email said I had given authority to leave at my front door, when I had specifically noted not to do this. I use a parcel locker because my dog chews any new "toy" left by couriers/postmen. The goods were delivered to the parcel locker as requested. All good. It may reduce confusion if the website mentioned parcel locker delivery and did not automatically mention authority to leave in the tracking email. I will happily use Ink Depot again.
