I don't know what has changed, but the service which was once unbelievably good is now very ordinary. On my last 2 orders the payment over the web failed and I had to phone through to make the payment. Then inkdepot failed to place my request for delivery to be left if I wasn't home with the result it was days later before I received my order. Previously I had no trouble making payments on line and deliveries always came the next day. Your systems need urgent review and a return to the previous methods/systems used.

Pricing for genuine cartridges is competitive. What was outstanding is that I submitted the order online at 9:20am and the cartridges arrived to my doorstep 2 hours later (same day). I've never received a same day delivery. Outstanding.
