Ink Depot's service and pricing is second-to-none, and while I received the despatch email the day after I ordered my ink, Star Track has totally let me down. It was supposed to be delivered on Christmas Eve, Star Track claims to have delivered it, but they have not delivered it. I still have not received it.
Ordered between Xmas and New Year and told it could be a couple of days before I got the order. Delivered next day. service A 1.Will keep coming back for more.ink.

Excellent service. I was trying to place the order from a Shopping Centre with doggy internet connection. I gave up and rang Ink Depot and was able to complete the order over the phone. Ink arrived early the next morning which was essential as we were going away for Christmas the following day.

Easy to navigate website; huge selection of options to choose from, best prices; able to use rewards points against order, plus extra discount and earning new pints, flashing/fast delivery during busy holiday time; ie 3 hours after order placed, delivered to my door!! When my printer broke, they also accepted back previous cartridges so I could purchase those required for new printer
