Ink Depot's service and pricing is second-to-none, and while I received the despatch email the day after I ordered my ink, Star Track has totally let me down. It was supposed to be delivered on Christmas Eve, Star Track claims to have delivered it, but they have not delivered it. I still have not received it.

Excellent service. I was trying to place the order from a Shopping Centre with doggy internet connection. I gave up and rang Ink Depot and was able to complete the order over the phone. Ink arrived early the next morning which was essential as we were going away for Christmas the following day.
