Always been impressed with fast delivery in the past but disappointed this time. Followed up delivery with courier but they had no record of it. Rang iCartridge who said they'd look into it & get back to me, I followed it up 2 days later, they weren't sure what happened & said they would send out a new order. Followed it up again the following week & said I would get it the next day which finally, I did. Whole process took 2 & a half weeks, where in the past I would always get it thd next day or at most after 2 days. Was pretty disappointed so hope it was only a one-off bad experience.
