Thank you for the quick delivery

My ordered item was on backorder twice. The first time I informed about it but then the due date came around but I didn't receive my already paid for item. I had to sent an email asking what happend only to find out it is still on back order. Poor customer service and the waiting period to receive an already paid for item is way to long! Would probably not order again from this company!

Cartridge arrived in less than 24 hours. Perhaps a confluence of deadlines but impressive none the less. Most other on-line purchases find a way to extend the headline delivery promise

Have not had a problem with the actual problem, my complaint is about the delivery and the delay thereof. I ordered the Cartridges on a Friday and due to Monday having been a Public Holiday, the courier company only came to deliver on Tuesday, which would have been fine, if they would have left the cartridges outside the front door (as they usually do and as authorised/ticked on the order form..) Instead they left a blank collection card folded up inside the frame of the security door (it had a printed code on it only) no name of recipient, no address. This meant that I had to actually go and collect this "mystery" item from the stipulated collection point (a 10km return journey in my case) they asked for a name, an address, ID etc and I had no idea who in our household this item was actually for. I eventually got the Parcel on Wednesday and called you the same day to complain! A transaction that's normally smooth and convenient and takes 24 hours became a 5 day tedious process because of the lazy courier that could not have been bothered to read the delivery instructions!!!
