I ordered my ink cartridges early Friday morning and they arrived Friday afternoon - what a surprise and absolutely delighted. Fantastic service and fantastic products.

Quick supply turnaround

Prompt delivery, but don't seem to want to know you if you have to make a return for any reason. I ordered a non-duplex printer by mistake, returned it unopened via Australia Post the next working day after it was received. I clearly labelled it as per instructions. Phone calls 3 days later and 4 days later to check whether it had been received were fobbed off with the promise of an email each time. But I am still waiting for advice. Not too impressed with the customer service so far and am contemplating initiating a dispute process through PayPal.
