Their reminders and discount offers are timely.
Color cartridges worked. Blacks didn't. Had to get a new printer. Printer was only on its first set of ink cartridges and these were the first replacements. Printer also seemed to know that they were non-original equipment replacements. Ink was running down during installation of cartridges.
The order was delivered the next day to SA. How good is that. I do not think of going to local stores who may not have what I want at a good price and excellent service. Well done! Mike G

Great price and super fast service
Some issues with the security check as I was a first time purchaser. I made the call as soon as I was contacted but It got ignored somehow. I contacted them after a week to see why I hadn’t gotten my printer. They had the money ($800)!!
Sorted it and very apologetic. Printer still took nearly another week to get to me. That sort of bungling makes me nervous to use them again.

Always found Ink Depot to have the cheapest genuine cartridges - they are also very fast in their dispatch and delivery, most time overnight. Will shop again and I do recommend this company for product, price, service and communication.
