True, cheapest ink jet in the market but these Inkjet cartridges are only 75% refilled. I sent to your customer service a picture of the ink level when freshly installed/read by my printer seeking justification whether that 's normal. Your customer service promised to get back to me soon. When he did not a week later, I sent him a reminder then only he confirmed that 's not normal at 75% and to my surprise asked me to follow up myself on the issue with the manufacturer. I expressed my unpleasant experience with INKDEPOT, however never heard from him since.

All of the Canon refill cartridges are of good quality. However, if I am not home, your courier insists on placing the package on the top of my letter box where it is in easy reach of passers by. I always give ATL AT THE FRONT DOOR.
