Have always received prompt delivery and on this occasion was very satisfied with return service which was due to my error.
However Courier Please service was poor as I was not home on day of delivery so had to re book a delivery when I would be home. I ensured I stayed home all day for the delivery but they didn't deliver.Lucky I was home when they came the next day as would have had to er book again.
Mixed review compared to my last few great experiences. It wasn't clear how to apply both a discount code and my reward points to my online order. Phoned twice during business hours and both times could not speak to a person as they were busy answering calls. Both times I left a message to be called back with the promise they would get back to me in four hours from memory. It is now about two weeks since my calls and no one has got back to me. Eventually, I worked out what to do and placed my order online. As usual, the order was promptly processed and delivered the next day. Poor phone customer service badly let iCartridge down.
