This was my first transaction through Ink Depot and I'm extremely satisfied. They offer better prices than Office Works (where I have been buying printer ink to date) and they offer products that Office Works don't carry - such as multi-packs of ink. The delivery was super fast - I received the products two days from order. Added bonus - saves you a trip to your local Office Works! I will definitely buy through Ink Depot again. I would have no hesitation what so ever in recommending this company to anyone and everyone. Most of my purchase was done via chat room and I have never before received so much help from any company so the purchase was finalised and it arrived the very next day. I only bought 2 cartridges for a 30 year old computer and after trying so hard to find them was amazed to find they had them and they work perfectly. It's a shame the ratings only go to 5, because this company deserves far more than 5
