Ink Depot are convenient, well priced and fast to deliver. Why would you use anyone else? My only wish (to make them perfect) would be if they reduced their plastic wrapping use. They could tie orders together with a natural fibre chord.

Recieved a call to confirm online order shortly after ordering. Customer service was polite & effective but i wouldn't say overly warm (a little abrupt). But product arrived as promised within 2 days, in fact arriving that afternoon. All working appropriately so far.
