Well ordered 3 toner cartriges and received them very quickly. When I installed the first cartridge I got covered by black toner powder, the cartridge was leaking heavily. I called ink depot and explained by scanning a page that had streaked all over it and was told if I wanted a replacement or a refund for the cartridge. I selected a replacement.
I will keep an eye out for the replacement.
