I ordered this printer online after doing lots and lots of research. I was thrilled to see it available in an Australian retail outlet and it arrived the very next day. Can't do better than that! Super impressed with the service and I would happily recommend Ink Depot as I've also been buying ink from them for years and it too arrives super fast which is so important when running a small business.

i have been using this company for consumables for more than 6 years and they have never failed to deliver within 48 hours.
mostly within 24 hrs. they have fair pricing and we even purchased a few printers from them in the past. i would highly recommend any one to use them.

Prompt courteous service and advice on order progress as always. However the parcel delivery service left the package partially inserted in letterbox (would not fit) instead of placing behind pot plant on verandah as requested.

Told it would be delivered next day, it took over 3 working days to arrive, I was in urgent need, if it arrived on the Friday that would have been 2 days, but it did not arrive till late on Monday afternoon
Product is excellent but unfortunately slightly damaged in delivery with some loss of ink but still usable.
