As described and very timely.
The blue cartridge was faulty and I returned it some 10 days ago. I was refunded the postage cost of $8.95 but despite assurances and repested reminders, the cartridge has neither been replaced nor refunded

Great service, I ordered ink cartridges on Monday at 10:30 am Tuesday morning at 8:30 am the courier was at the door. Delivery in under 24 hrs and I live in a regional city.
