After being a regular customer for 7 years I feel your customer service leaves a bit to be desired. I made a purchase on a Friday and received an email on the next Monday morning to tell me the inks I ordered on Friday were on special, $10 cheaper. You would have know the items were coming on special and I feel you could have charged me the special price and not the full price, so for this reason I will not be dealing with your company again.
Service was very good. Ordered the inks on a Monday afternoon, received the inks next day in the morning. Very quick delivery. Inks were sent from Queensland to Canberra.
Very efficient and excellent service. I ordered at 9pm on line and I receive the order at around 2pm next day. Product was sent from Queensland and and I am in Sydney.

Unfortunately, I had to purchase a new printer - alas, requiring different inks. Had to purchase CL681 series. Well that was OK, however I had purchased, 7 months ago, CL 526 series, and had 5 left. Can't get a refund after 6 months. Bit sad about that.
Delivery of the new inks, was as always, Fast. Prices OK too.
