Very Prompt, the Printer was delivered the next day I received a phone call shortly after placing the order online to confirm shipping instructions, the setup was very easy, this printer has all the functions you require for a small business or the home office for those that work from home.

I was disappointed in the delay taken to process my PayPal payment. I don’t have payment problems with anyone’s else. 5 days to process payment plus 2-3 days to deliver it seems a pity to spoil an otherwise good service.
