I originally ordered Canon Ink cartridges on the 20 Jan 20. It is now the 02 Feb 20 and I still haven’t received my ink cartridges as yet. I simply can’t understand why this is so hard. Usually I put an order in and they are delivered the next business day or so. They seem to be taking forever this time.
I originally ordered a bulk buy and one ink cartridge was not in stock. I requested through email means that I would like the 'in stock' to be delivered and the remaining one to be delivered when available.
I am corresponding via email to get this sorted out ASAP. My latest email was sent on Friday night. I am repeating this so to make sure I do receive my order in a timely manner. I think over two weeks is a bit long to wait for a single order.
I am requesting a date when they will be delivered. Also why would a courier not leave the cartridges, which is a small package at the doorstep. Only recently, I ordered a laser toner cartridge, which is roughly three times the size and that item was left on the doorstep.
A response to clear up this situation would be very much appreciated. As I said I have been corresponding via email and I am satisfied with the quick replies but I am still waiting to receive my cartridges.
Looking forward to a quick resolution.
