I am a newcomer to Ink Depot. My printer 'died' at an inconvenient time and I was forced to undertake considerable research to find a seller that sold what I wanted, viz. a printer with a cable connection option [which seemed as scarce as hen's teeth], one that could be used with generic ink cartridges and one that would be relatively easy to install, as I have limited IT nous - I'm in my 70s. I also hoped that the transactions would be efficient and easy. I ended up at Ink Depot and all my needs have been met very well. The other day, I received a message that there could be an impact on availability of items from China [cartridges, as a consequence of the corona virus] and I appreciated this advice as I've been using the "set-up cartridges" that came with the new printer and I wanted to avoid any more frustrations in this area. All up ... Ink Depot has turned out to be a great business and I have the feeling that if I strike problems in future, Ink Depot will help me out.
