Just placed an order. My card shows it has been paid for, but my ink depot account says it is still in the cart and that I have no orders??
In the past delivery and responsiveness has been very good. Not so much this time.
Ordered 8.21am Wednesday 11 March with delivery instructions. Received advice ordere shipped same day at 4.09pm. No further updates until order delivered later thahn usual on Monday 16 March- delivery instructions not followed and courier did not shut the gate behind them. Disappointed.

The printer is just what I wanted. Nice and compact and yet does amazing printing. So pleased I no longer have to change cartridges. Buy the ink and pour into individual tanks, just the ticket.

I've used Ink Depot for several years now. I find their website easy to use, and their service exceptional. I've never had a problem with an order, and is delivered very quickly. Usually next day - which is great given I'm interstate! Highly recommend.
