To whom this may concern,
I have just had to replace a QI-302BXL Black cartridge and the Epson XP6100 rejected it, fortunately my recent order had arrived and the same cartridge in that order gave no grief.
Shortly after clearing that problem, I had to replace the Cyan, QI-302CXL and that was also rejected - again thanks to my new order I had a replacement.
Can I please return these faulty inks for replacement?
