Although the printer was delayed Ink Depot kept me informed and offered to send a different printer. As we chose not to change our selection it did take longer than expected but Ink Depot sent me lots of emails right up to the time it was delivered. Well done.

Re-worked ink cartridges working as good as original cartridges. Delivery not quite as fast as last time, but that was to be expected. Continual updates from InkDepot kept me informed.
Due to Covid-19 I was advised there would be a delay in receiving my ordered goods. Ink depot kept in touch with me consistently providing updates. In the end I didn't need to wait very long at all but was grateful for the excellent customer service in keeping me up to date. Excellent service.
