The service and feedback from The Ink Depot was excellent. There was a delay with our order for the TS9160 because of the Corona pandemic.
The Ink Depot notified us that there would be a delay and then when the delay was extended they offered us an alternative printer. We took up the offer and the TS3160 filled the gap very nicely. We were also offer a full refund on the delayed order. A week later we got a call to say the printer was available and it was delivered the same day. Great feedback from the company and excellent service in a difficult time.
