I ordered a waste toner cartridge that was not available almost anywhere in Australia. Ink Depot were very pro-active in communicating with me and did their utmost to get me the cartridge when no other suppliers were interested in helping me.
I ordered at about 9am delivered after lunch same day, excellent service and product was as expected.
