I have not received my order
Every other online order I have placed during the pandemic has been delayed ‘due to the pandemic’ but my Inkdepot Oder still arrived in less than 24 hours. CHAMPIONS!!!

InkDepot were prompt in dispatch but the courier took 5 days to deliver: that meant 7 days from the time of ordering to delivery. Customer service were slow to actually solve the problem until it was escalated to the Team Manager who was very efficient.
I will not be using this company again.
