I understand there may be delays during Covid19 and I live on the other side of Australia, but as yet I have not received my Kyocera order. I strongly suggest a tracking number is put on each invoice. I rang your 1300 number only to have it ring out then rang again on 3177 9428 before someone finally answered. When dispatching an order by AusPost a tracking number should be included. I could have followed the order through AusPost instead of wasting my time and yours by having to ring InkDepot twice to find out it's progress. Please consider this for all orders.
