Very prompt service but please do not use Couriers Please again. They do not even ring doorbell but deliver directly to newsagent 2 km away and I had to go and pick it up - that's not a courier service. This is not the first time they have done it.

Said there was a gift but I didn’t see one but that’s ok bought it because it was good value and was what I needed

Purchased 2 bundles HP 61XL cartridges. Only one was sent. Contacted Inkdepot by email and reported missing item. A WEEK LATER we received a Brother WT-220CL device (don't know what it is) with a packing slip claiming that the missing HP cartridges were in the box. Complained to Inkdepot by telephone and email (with a photo of Brother device). Inkdepot said they'd look into it. WE STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE HP CARTRIDGES AND NO EXPLANATION RECEIVED DESPITE ANOTHER EMAIL COMPLAINT TO THIS COMPANY. Now we are out of pocket and Inkdepot has been absolutely hopeless!!!!! Go somewhere else for your printer etc needs.
