Initially the printer was on order and delivery time was not notified. However I was kept informed by regular updates and the printer arrived as ordered. Very happy with the printer.
Website stated it was available, although in reality it was on back order. Could not give me a timeframe Two weeks later I received an email stating was on it's way. .Would have liked to know that it had come in instead of running around for 10 days trying to source another one. Besides that, all good.
