They had the product set I wanted in stock and I found out there are options for different set combinations which is very helpful to know. To whom this may concern,
I have just had to replace a QI-302BXL Black cartridge and the Epson XP6100 rejected it, fortunately my recent order had arrived and the same cartridge in that order gave no grief.
Shortly after clearing that problem, I had to replace the Cyan, QI-302CXL and that was also rejected - again thanks to my new order I had a replacement.
Can I please return these faulty inks for replacement?

My apologies. My complaint about the order number 340084 was incorrect. It turns out it was not your product at fault but the operator nut installing it. i.e. me.
