For my first few purchases or Epson A3 paper I bought them as a guest visitor to their web site. Their service was so prompt and efficient with good prices and communication that i joined up for a member account. The first time I ordered A3 paper after joining, i had a prompt reply that it was out os stock and asked what I wished to do. I was happy to wait, and as soon as it was in and despatched I received a notification email complete with courier tracking number. For my most recent order, as well as paper I ordered a set of compatible cartridges for my colour laser printer. Ordered last Friday, StarTrack delivered the paper on Monday, and another courier delivered the bulkier cartridges package on Tuesday afternoon. And as orders were over $100, freight was free to the customer!
