My order took longer than expected to be delivered however, I was not impressed when I discovered the courier company had simply thrown my order over the driveway gate onto concrete despite providing a phone number to call me when delivery was being made so I could let the courier in and sign for the order. I subsequently had problems getting my printer to recognise that new toner cartridges had been installed so don't know if the courier throwing the carton over a 5 foot gate would have damaged them. Probably won't buy from Ink Depot again!

Could you please make a note on my account to always leave parcels at my door. i live in a secure environment. I am 81 and informed and cannot go to the post office to pick up parcels. I did not notice when ordering whether or not i tick a box to correct this. Can you please make drop offf a permanent arrangement. Beverley Morton
