This is the first time I had ordered from Ink Depot.... great price, excellent service...... one of the cartridges that I wanted wasn't in stock, the communication that they gave especially David, was excellent, nothing was too much trouble and an alternative product was suggested and provided. Yes it was a little bit dearer but they arranged it all. The goods shipped were well packaged and received in excellent condition. Would highly recommend and I will definitely be shopping there again. Thank you ;-)
