Ink Depot service and products were excellent; however, delivery let the side down. I had given approval for the package to be left at the front door; but, even though there was a person in residence for the whole day, the deliveryman decided to leave a failed to deliver note and directed me to the nearest post office. That meant the item couldn't be collected until after 0900 the next day. By this time, with covid restrictions, the lineup was out the door and up the street. I was not impressed as I had paid for delivery, not to have to travel to the next post office for collection.
