The exchange of goods process was prompt and great. However just for future reference, please ask your staff to double-check the delivery address for the package to be sent to, as sometimes it may not be the same as what's on file.

This is a bit of a hope review. I purchased this as a spare to my last icartridge which is still going strong and has good toner density. What amazed me about the new spare was the speed of delivery, it came in no more than two days after order. I expect the product will perform strongly as the last and currently in use one has. I just hope the older one finishes and I get to use the new before the printer is superseded or I cannot get a driver to run it, but that is not icartridge's thing.
