Easy to find and order product...couldn't believe how quickly my order arrived,(2nd day after order.) Website easy to follow. Pricing competitive, but I think all genuine ink is over priced. I previously tried non genuine to save costs but was completely a waste of money, so no choice but to pay for genuine. However, that is an industry issue and doesn't detract from the product and service received from Ink Depot.
