The good quality & service.
Had nothing but issues of late. The HP5740 ink cartridges had to be replaced once. I have no faith the replacement will work when I need it. Since the latest batch of cartridges for my HP7740 were installed, it constantly fails to print in colour!! I have to constantly deep clean the cartridges so regular that there is no ink left for printing!!! Terribly disappointed in the iCartrdige products of late. I won't be buying again. Please advise how I can delete my account and/or do it for me (confirm via email).
