Service was excellent. The 5-pack wasn't advertised too well as it appeared as a 4-pack. Also my printer uses a 6-pack, which means that my GY cartridge is going to expire and need some separate purchase.
Overall cost was excellent. I looked at my sizeable bag of manufacturer-supplied empties, which represents a rip-off. InkDepot will get repeat business from me!
