Impressed by, and did not expect from your name, the breadth of your products. You may be doing yourselves a disservice using such a specific business name. From vague memory, I thought I also searched for common adhesive (sticky) tape e.g. Sellotape, Scotch tape, but could not find this it - I may be at fault here but I did expect you to have this product. On the plus side, your fast interstate (?) delivery to me was quite exceptional.

Hi. I attampted to install a remanufactured cartridge in my HP printer this morning; the printer rejected it outright, the message saying the printer's firmware had blocked the cartridge because it did not have a HP chip. It wasn't a warning, it was an outright rejection of the cartridge. I haven't experienced this problem before with remanufactured or non-genuine cartridges from Ink Depot. The order number was 342795. The cartridge details are: Qimage, QI-H915BXL. I know I bought this 8 months ago; can I return it for a replacement please? Thank you. Mark Dwyer

I have ordered from ink depot several times and always pleased with the prices of cartridges I need. I find their website easy to navigate and order single items instead of always a package of 5 cartridges. Some colours run out more quickly and so don't need the same lot of cartridges. Parcel comes well packaged and only a few days to get my order. very pleased.
