In the past I have found Inkdepot to offer excellent and rapid service. However, my recent order placed on 20 October 2021 has still not arrived at my house in Victoria and over 13 business days have passed. I am very disappointed with this very slow return of my order.

The inks were supplied quickly after an initial mistake in the first order. However, on opening the package, I found that the first cartridge had been broken and was leaking. It was still able to be used, but created a mess. I suspect that the courier service created the problem.
