Excellent service from inkdepot. Cannot fault their service or the high quality of Canon's genuine pack bundle. However, Australia Post was responsible for delivery and had been authorised to leave the package at the front door if no-one was home. They failed to do this and left the dreaded "you have a parcel" card which I found on the front steps wet through from the rain. I assume they placed it on the front gate and it was blown out by the wind. Anyway, I was not impressed and only accidentally stumbled across the card and, as it was a Friday, I then had to wait until Monday before travelling to the nominated post office for collection.

Simple and quick transaction. Delivery as promised

Ordered in the weekend got part order in 2 days then had to phone 10 days later to get balance of order. Disappointing as order usually delivered 1-2 days after order - if ordered on week day
