Yes, had problem with 312XL Magenta High Yield was not accepted by Epson Printer, no matter what I did, then tried the spare one (exactly the same brand , size and it worked, the same thing happened with XL Black. Can't comment on the Light Magenta have not tried it yet. Otherwise I am most satisfied with Inkdepot support and service, trustworthi and reliable , can be recommended.

Their website is easy to navigate with helpful assistance for the first time orderer. Easy payment options and - Oh Boy - the delivery was so fast. 702XL compatible inks have all been great and I haven’t experienced any problems at all with any of my orders. I am very happy with Ink Depot and I would definitely recommend them. Delivery has always been extremely quick and still only a couple of days during the Australia wide COVID delays. However I will only have Aust Post, or Star Track, deliver them.
Prompt delivery with no issues. Cartridges work fine, results are great. All good. Recommend Ink Depot to anyone.
