Item arrived ahead of time and super quick, so thanks for processing so rapidly. That said, and I have placed orders with Ink Depot (ID) in the past, I thought I had ordered the genuine HP product, so opening the box, discovered it was actually non-genuine. Whilst I had entered HP 915XL etc in the ID search engine, I since discovered, as per the invoice it was ‘remanufactured’. I should have checked the invoice prior to shipping and order placement as I always order genuine, so this was a surprise and therefore I’m a bit disappointed.
Amazing service. Can order online or simply phone and place an order. Everything else seems to take forever to arrive but Inkdepot manage to provide next day delivery!
